The medication doses may be low. Please see a psychiatrist immediately who will change the dosages to suit the need.

Hi. From your query, it's not clear if you are asking question about your self or some one else. I am assuming that it is for someone else.  In any case, it will be important to understand the reason behind her symptoms. It can be either due to mania or psychosis or if it is 68 year old female, can also be due to dementia. If the current medications are not working, dose needs to be increased or an anti psychotic medication like olanzapine or risperidone needs to be added.
