Hi What medication are you taking and since when? What are you diagnosed with? Insomnia aggressive s irritability are symptoms of a disorder could be depression anxiety etc. Need to know if there is any stressor? Hi Sir Thanks for seeking help here. Yes you need treatment ..... Medication which will help you are ....mood stabilizer or antipsychotic. Example.... lithium, valproate, Quitipin like wise...
