Speaking anxiety
Everytime I am assigned a presentation I feel strong anxiety and often end up crying. During the same period my muscles are tense, I feel a lump in my throat, I feel dizzy and have stomach aches and head aches. What pills/powders/drinks can I take to prevent me from panicking? Could alcohol help? I don't drink so I don't know what to expect but many say that alcohol helps you relax and socialize. I don't want to try therapy, I don't think it will help and I don't like to talk about my feelings.

Alcohol offers only short term relief and potentiates further anxiety. There is high likelihood of ending up with alcohol dependence. There are effective antianxiety drugs available and offer relief in a couple of weeks.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist nearby or online.
