Hi! I'm wondering about my son who is 18 years old now. He's always been different but it's never been extreme to any extent. He doesn't seem to fit in any 'categories' with his behaviours:
Analyses emotions in a concrete way (as in not seeing them as changing or ability to flow, but instead MAD or SAD).
An analytical yet unempathetic view on emotions
Lack of understanding about his own emotions or ability to recognise them
Uses friends to cure boredom, but not for relationships

Consult a psychologist for counselling and psychotherapy of ur son.Proper diagnosis is also needed for tge treatment.

4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep.
5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or can watch a good movie.
6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym.
7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends.
8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby.
9.Maintain proper diet.
10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.
