Hello, i was recently diagnosed with ADHD from my primary care physician because after multiple medication changes, dosage increases and combinations nothing can get me to get focused and give me back my energy. I've taken test from the test from the national institute of mental health that also said I had the symptoms of ADHD. I'm desperate for help. I get anxiety and mask how bad my symptoms are around counselors do you have the ability to just chat.

I dont know what s happening to me. i feel very negative. feels very lonely, sometimes talk to myself, feels to cry everytime, not able to sleep properly. I am in my third trimester and trying hard to cope up with but not able to control. All negative things from the past are running inside my mind and not able to let go.

I am going through a difficult time.... My spouse is having affairs for last seven years and knowing everything I can't do anything.What should I do?

I have this problem. I have always had this problem since I was 13 maybe. It started off as something I can control. And soon turned into something not in control of my body. Earlier I didn't know what it was. When I was in 9th and 10th, I used to think that maybe some soul possess me and I start acting out when alone. And then I used to think that can't be possible. So I was clueless about it. In 11th class, I came to know what I was suffering with. Apparently it's called maladaptive daydreamin

At the moment I have been very depressed, very sleepy and tired. Been getting mood swings and moments of anger. I'm upset a lot I feel very alone a lost. I'm also getting light headed and dizzy

I sleep by 10 o clock but I wake up around 1 o clock and I find it difficult to sleep. I feel like stretching my body completely and I do stretch but still I feel like lying with my chest facing the bed and pressing myself to the bed so hard..and my sleep is gone..pls suggest a cure for this...

Ok, well i started haldol and trazedon the other day, and now when i burp it taste like eggs, and i havent even had any eggs recently...

Lately I have been forgoteting alot of things and I’ve been forgetting things I just learnt

I have been ill for 6 days.i have problem of insomania .i cannot get proper sleep so i do not feel well .i feel tired whole days.and my whole body are aching.

I'm freaked out about this. I was in a text conversation with a friend and clearly remember a couple messages she sent me and when I ask about them. She said she had no idea what I was talking about and when I looked back the messages I saw earlier were gone.
