I am having anger problem, to a great extent these days, I have hurt my girlfriend physically and I all taking out my stress on her for no reason. And I am doing with it only on her. I love her and still don't know why this happening. I am using bad words and bringing up the past and humiliating her. She is about to break up with me. I don't know what to do.

Last 2 months I am getting negative thoughts...like my memory will lose..feel bad about health..2 Months ago. I was suffering from anxiety problem..Now I don't have..but this negative thoughts irritated me..I always tried to ignore..but it comes in mind.. Please give best solution

Always I feel like songs been playing in my mind and when I hear someone singing or even any music , it starts playing in my mind! My mind goes back thinking about that!

Since last year, I think of visiting a psychiatrist. I cant talk to my family about it because they think Im just overthinking and maybe I am, but I have this constant lingering feeling of negativity and uneasiness. I'm extremely scared of the future and have major confidence issues. My main concern is if I do gather up the courage to meet a psychiatrist and tell them about my life and problems, would I be subjected to moral policing for my lifestyle? Are there things you cant discuss with them?

I'm under this medication I'm a student, had an exam and  during the exam I suffered anxiety, was shivering, heart was pumping very fast and felt having hangover. Though I don't drink or smoke. It went for about 20 minutes, I became numb Is it normal or I need to do something about it.

I have been on 0.5mg alprazolam for 3 weeks and now doctor gave me 25mg imipramine How to reduce the dose by time??
