When i drive bike or taking long conversation or working hard for some minutes i feel dizzy and tired and feeling sleepy.

I cant sleep properly and stay awake for 2-3 days It started from 1 nov and till now its there I cant concentrate properly on anything be it mobile tv or studies I am feeling like an alcoholic Its becoming annoying day by day i drink too much water and go to the bathroom many times I am feeling very low and helpless now also i cant concentrate properly to write the description i dont Interact with people around if i sleep my sleep is always accompanied by a dream help me with medication

I was diagnosed to have depression and was on medication for a year. I approached a psychiatrist from my college( I'm a final year Medico) and he told you might have Premenstrual Dysphoric disorder and I stopped my former medications and now because of this I missed my final year exams because I got so very depressing symptoms and was shattered for 10 days. I'm clueless about my future. Please help.
