I've been in depression past 1 year approx. There are much things I need to get cleared up in mind by counselling, but my doctor stays in Shivmogga (Karnataka) while am in Delhi for academics. Could I change the doctor who has known my personality and treating me ?? Or could I just get a counselling done from other psychiatrist in Delhi.

I do not know English very well,forgive me for any grammatical mistake i did. sometimes I get depress specially before period and during period,I generally lost my patient,get angry to everyone.My mood off.But when period over or after few days my mood dramatically changed,I get ambitious, lots of hope, even i am 36, but i dreamed of a new life.

I am traveling from Bangalore to UK and am very worried about the flight journey. I fear confined spaces and do not like being in closed spaces.

I have been depressed since my fiance has gone fr further studies to USA 2 YEARS ago..I miss him...the situation nw is that he was supposed to come in December but due to some problem he is not able to..so he asked me to get a visa and go to USA for a month...but as we live in a society where u cannot stay with a guy unless u r married, my parents are not open to me going to USA..Also as it is a love marriage, already there are conflicts....I don't know how to handle all this..there is much more

I was told that I have Adhd when I was child but my parents preferred counseling and home remedies until this day but now, I'm old enough and i say I've been through enough and i need professional help. With my upcoming exams, I'm so stressed and my inability to concentrate on my studies is at its peak. Please i need help.

Actually i am under stress or what is dnt know but i can't sleep properly and i am over thinking, i am happy in any condition as well i don't like anything. I also don't know why m i living my life, i had done many things but i exactly don't know what is happening with me in want to leave alone but i am feeling worse n worse day by day. Please suggest me what should i do? I had tried meditation, exercise, etc but nothing is working due to my over thinking so can u please tell me what actually is n what is its cure?
