Hey i have a problem of sleeping talk.... Evey night whe i sleeped in the mid night i talk about what i did in the afternoon... I very scared from this problem

Fear of contamination hand washing problem irritative nature worries tensions sleeplessness

I am a college student and its really difficult for me to concentrate on studies.I have been struggling with these for so long.I actualy never have done any homework in school days and everything was a last minute race. My concentration has become so bad i cant sit to study for even 5 minutes without getting distracted.

From last 2 months i am getting into things soo far hence ending up in wasting my time as well as energy . I am quite good at studies but ryt now unable to focus or concentrate properly on my studies and this is the peak time of my studies i cant waste a single day atleast .. actually i have some relationship issues also ..

My elder brother suffering from schizophrenia in the present time. In the present time my brother condition is very bad and they are beat any person and other problems. I want know that can my brother aright.

I am sad and my life is a mess .I wish my life could have changed. I am 26 years old with low paying job. I am fat with the worst body and whenever I try to change my life genuinely it is more mess. I honestly think all doors are closed and I want to change it.

My son is doing +2 and has taken science group. we do not have TV at home. He is not clear nor discussed his goal with us or with his friends. a go easy type, spends most of the time on mobile, watching movies, chatting, etc. his grades are not good at school. he is goes to an Institute, there also his grades are not good. his teachers have given up and don't even complain anything.

I believe my wife is struggling with long term post party depression. She talks about harming or giving away our 1.5 yr old daughter. Is there a good specialist in pune that we can meet?

I've been taking clonaz since 1 week and i dnt wanna get addicted . Now m having sleepless nighhts . what can i do to sleep ? or easy withdrawal ?
