Now a days my daughter who is in class 11 having lack of concentration in studies.Need motivation from student counselor.

I've had anxiety since 2 days and due to it I haven't been able to sleep. I just got 2 hours sleep last night. Moreover, whenever I try to sleep, I can't due to palpitations and anxiety. My exams are going on. And that's the main reason for all the anxiety. But because of sleepless nights, I'm not able to study.

When I am going to deep sleep that time my head left side top and arms like electric shock feeling and I wake up normal

I have confirmed suspicion to believe my alkaline water was poisoned. I'm wondering if my brother put cortisol into my water because I had been talking about hormones and since my IQ is like 30+ points higher than my family I am the blacksheep. I also feel my younger sister whom my younger brother had been sleeping with, put estrogen pills into my water. I started noticing I had been crying and being way more emotional than normal. My face also started looking more feminine like a pretty boy.

My mind is talking which i am not aware of what. I know i am not stressed out or upset but still some chit chat is goin in my mind. I feel restless tired all the time unable to focus. I sleep for 7 hrs my days are vry tiring work gym cooking i stay alone. I dont know whats the issue. But i cnt sleep properly. I am a vry light sleep person. Plz help.

Father age is about 62 feeling eye sight problem or confusion that not sure having past history of heart problem,diabetic and once had surgery of brain subdural hematoma

I have anxiety and I was just prescribed Hydroxyzine HCL (Atarax) 50MG and Ondansetron ODT 4MG. I’m currently taking the Atarax 4 times as needed daily and the Ondansetron once daily. Could I also take CBD oil (non THC) edibles? Just wanting to make sure I’m not making a deadly mistake.

I'm taking daxid 50mg at morning& afternoon.mirtaz15mg before meal& fluoxine 100mg , clonotril.25mg at night.now doctor stop clonotril last 10 days.but I feel till depressed& divide thought. Please advise me my treatment is right or not.

I've been to counseling, she mentioned PTSD and severe anxiety from my childhood but I'm worried I have something serious. Symptoms are chest pain, scary fast heart rate, panic attacks occasionally, violent mood swings, severe anger at times, depression at other times. I've always thought I had anxiety and I have had issues with being so sick I've passed out, thought maybe symptoms of bipolar but I don't necessarily have a "manic" state (but some things may be considered close?)
