I am shy and introvert, so extreme that i cannot talk to my classmates that's why i only had 1 or 2 friend that ot to much close. I am done with this life i want to change myself. is there anything that can help.

I think I have OCD and I need advice.

Constantly, whenever I'm boiling the kettle, I can't let it flick off on its own, I have to flick it off myself or have someone else do it. As it gets closer to finishing boiling, I begin feeling anxious and force myself to run and click it off. I also have to count the stairs everytime I walk up/down them. If I forget, I have to go back and count them. Whenever I burn my lip (smoker), I'm forced to burn my other one for it to feel right. The same happens whenever I get punched in the arm.

Constant emptiness inside and sad

I am a final year MBBS student with exams just a month away. I stay in a live in with my boyfriend inspite of my parents paying hostel fees as they did not know about this relationship and would never approve of it. I do not have any friends. My boyfriend is the only person I can talk to. Recently my warden found out I stay outside hostel and so I had to shift back to hostel. But ever since I feel empty and just lie in bed the entire day. I have attempted suicide before for other reasons.

Panic Attacks, under medication

I've been on Szetalo 10mg tabs (1 per day) for the last 4 months for mild panic attacks and agoraphobia. I'm unable to consult psychiatrist at the moment as doctors are on strike. I've recovered now fully. How do I reduce the dosage and stop it completely?

Problem to concentrate,breathing problem

I think I am suffering from depression or some kind of mental problem for about a year. Sometimes it gets better for few days, but then I feel down again. Few symptoms include- 1. In the worst times, I can't remember anything, not even the simplest things like if I had lunch or not. I suffer from time dilation. for example suddenly I remember that I had a chat with someone but can't figure out if it was few hours ago or few days. 2.Sleeping problem. 3.
