Hi Doc, i am consuming alcohol heavily for last 3 to 4 year, and now i kind of depending on it, consuming every day. Have developed lot of anxiety, feels disturbed, loss of concentration n decision making. Please advise

Appreciate it intent to stop alcohol. But deaddiction treatment cannot happen on an online forum. U need to consult a psychiatrist in person n undergo detailed evaluation to suggest proper medications.
