Relapse of Alcohol Addiction
Sirs Male, age 59 years, was a Heavy alcoholic for over 20 years. Since last year whenever I took alcohol I suffered heavy  breathing problem While Walking Even 50 metres.  Echo done, Diastolic Dysfunction Grade I diagnosed. Due to this Fear I have Successfully left alcohol totally and noticed Now there is no Breathing Problem At All even if I Walk 3 to 4 km. BUT After leaving alcohol, I was Suffering from Depression, Sadness and Gloomy. One M.D.(Psychiatrist) Doctor advised Sertraline 50 od, Desvenlafaxine 50 bd, Lurasidone 40 od.   I am also taking  - Arbitel Trio 50 Od  - Dapanorm 10 ODPC -  Nafrosave 500 BDPC - Roseday F 20 ODHS  - Linvas 4 ODHS  -  Clopidogrel 75 ODPC as advised by a Cardiologist. Now I ALWAYS FEAR Whether this Alcohol Addiction May be Relapsed.  Please advise what MEASURES I should Take to AVOID RELAPSE of ALCOHOL ADDICTION In Future e.g Yoga, Meditation, Counselling etc. Please suggest. I am a Tobacco free person. Regards  B Chakraborty
