My age 21.i am very very panic for suddenly. AnAnd i have very nervous so please hhow do i contact with you

I am suffering from anxiety from last year.i was taking some medicine written by psychiartrist.Name of medicine BetacapTR-20mg,stalopam5mg.one and a half month ago i stopped my medicine because i was feeling well that time....but from 10 days ,i am not good...i consulted my doctor again and he gave me that medicine again.....i am taking medicine from three days properly but still i am not feel well..... so dr. what should i do?? i want to end this disease with the root....

So i have taken levipill 500 qnd rivotrill 0.5 so can my problem get resolved

I have been diagnosed by panic disorder and been on Rivotril 0.5 mg / day, Divalgress ER250 once a day, Ciplar 40 / day & Paxidep CR 25 one every night since 3 mnths. My doctor told me to reduce the dosage of Rivotril so i only take half per day of 0.5 mg and currently i am having cough problems since last 3 days so i am taking one table for that every noon [took only twice] and facing anxiety issue eg. i am going to die or like my head is going to explode. Is this due to low dosage or cough tab

First of all the problem is about some days back i was in stress or depression now i am ok but the problem is now i am not able to concentrate in any thing always my mind is thinking some thing different like evertime songs is running on my mind i am not able to focusing in anything as much i am fighting with my brain that no ye ni sochna utna ye increase hora
