I don't have normal thoughts and moods.
This situation is affecting my everyday activities. I have racing nerves and worries sometimes and others I am happy and calm then the next second I will get irritated when someone taps a pencil leading me to yell at the person. Some days I hide away in my room with my headphones in all the time. Other days I talk to everyone and I am in charge of groups and I start new projects and I am on top of everything and In the past these thoughts also lead to me hurting myself. What is this.

Hello dear It seems that you take things on yourself very easily which causes you stress thus leading to irritable mood. This indicates that you might be a sensitive person. When things are good you feel good or else your mood goes down. Try to avoid taking things on to yourself by distracting your thoughts to more positive ones. Also try discussing it with someone close so that they can help you when you are in stress.
