I'm abused and beaten by husband one month before I can't able to share to my parents and I'm crying for myself feeling low . I'm blank unable to take decisions future fear. Plz suggest me I don't have kids facing health issues infertility.

Hello, I was prescribed Stalopam lite and 2mg clonazepam. I took the stalopam lite for 3 months and continued clonazepam. Later I tapered it off but had a relapse and got on to Setraline which went up to 150mg but has blurry vision and multiple issues. My phyciatrist has asked me to start stalopam lite 1 morning and 1 night. Is it ok to stop serta and start on stalopam right away?

I am having gastrities and headache issue since 2015-16...and consult to lots of doctors and taken so many medicines. And did endoscopy too and found h. Pylori positive. And taken so many antibiotics too. But last year i found my hpylori negative. But still had gastrities issue and headache. So i went to psychatrist by doctor recommendation. And i took psychatrist medicines for 6-8 months and i felt better. Now i stop it by doctor saying. And after stop it again i am feeling same problem. Will i get normal life like before...? I dont want to take life time medicines.

Hello, I have 8 month old kid,during delivery time due to high I faced so many health problems,and baby was born prematurely baby has so many health problems and I too,now after delivery I am feeling very scared ,fear of death,fear of new diseases,fear of especially cancer,I don't know I am always feeling something diseases inside growing without revealing any symptom,daily I am feeling I will be die soon,I tried so many methods reading books, meditation,pranayama and all and taking anxiety medicine too,but still a small pain or symptoms in my body create lots of pain,fear and like something serious will happen what should I do?if it's postpartum depression when it will ends,I want to live fear less life ,my body create ill or symptom like wise my thoughts

Since few years back m observing that i am forgettings things names task and sometimes place also streats also where i have been twice thrice . This creating issues in my normal routine like and my biggest fear is to keeping responsibility of keys i m very bad at taking responsibility of taking care of small items . Like today i had to open my office @ 7:30 am i forget to go . Fews days back i had to take my friend from mid way while we already discussed over call 20 mint back that i will pick up her at a place i forget to take her from mid way . So many issues are coming n i am dying willthis guilt feeling . M just feeling that i am a worthless person m not responsible at all even i want to it is hard for others to have trust on me .

From last 3 months I think I would become mad or mental whenever I feel anxious.. but it never happens and I get normal within 2 minutes. But that 2 minutes I am anxious of becoming mental.. does extreme anxiety make one mental or mad?

All the time I feel tensed and worried.little things at home effects my mood I'm always feeling tired and sad .2/3 time I got Anxity attack I just don't know how to control it

She has been cheating me from 3 months, got to know two days ago, i started smoking alot, can't sleep , eating very less. Unable to engage myself. She lied alot. I did trust her. See what's more disturbing me is.. why did she cheated on me? Because in any way he is not better than me, yes we were in a long distance relationship from last 3 year, we do meet in 8-9 months. Whenever i close my eyes.i get disturb why did she did that?
