All the time I feel tensed and worried.little things at home effects my mood I'm always feeling tired and sad .2/3 time I got Anxity attack I just don't know how to control it

Can you control fever ? No .. in the same manner you are having symptoms of depression and that should be treated. Because you cannot control symptoms of the diseases.
