This is regarding behaviour issue of my son. I m describing the issues in below line. The issue was not so serious but now it is becoming out of control. I need an appointment with doctor, however, want to impliment any suggestions before visiting . He is 24 year old , B Tech , now doing MBA. 1. His mood swings too much , v dont know what will he do next moment ...his decisions are continuously changing. 2. He doesnt socialise at all and normaly lives aloof life.however, he spends too much time with his 2-3 child hood friends. 3. He has no bonds with family. He is single child. 4. He is highly highly over confident. He continuously fails on day to day life , education and career. His success in education so far has been due to excessive. external support 5. Very adventourous , has met with several life threatening accidents in the past. 6. Too much critices and finds fault in others, never accepts and look into his mistakes and improvement . 7. Highly selfish and irresponsible.

Unable to cope up with my emotions and unable to figure out what is wrong or right. Unable to understand why people can't understand me and why I feel so emotionally broken

I struggle with talking to people even some people I have known for a long time and have issues with decision making in daily life and at some particular thing I get really angry and can't control my anger at all.

Earlier i never had any sleep related problem i have taken nexito 10 for approx 10 months during that ans before that i am able to sleep for consistent 9-10 hours sleep but right now barely i sleep for 5-6 hours and wakeup in morning without any reason 1 more reason my room is very humid and i have coller but still my body does't want to sleep even after completing just 3 hours of sleep

I have SEVERE DEEPRESSION with cognitive impairment and brain fog. I was on venelafixane and mirtaz 15. But no improvement seen. Now doctor change my medication with rexipra-5 and olimelt with mirtaz-10 . Is these medicines good for insomnia and cognitive dysfunction. Please advise

My psychiatrist prescribed 15mg daily night and          I am taking it from last one month. And one year back the psychiatrist prescribed 7.5 mg mirtazepam for sleep I didn't take it for more than 10 days because it was gaining weight. Today I have a fever and severe headache for sleep. For only today can I mirtazepam 7.5 mg with escitalopram

I am on paroxetin 12.5 mg , olanzepine 2.5 mg, etillam pro20 and one gastric tab...Can i add clonazepam fr better benefit as i tried once in night time yesterday...M feeling somewhat better...

Hi, My child is 4 and half years old. She is not passing urine from yesterday night. Today only one time she has passed very little urine. What will be the cause for this?

Had an ecg today and it did say inferior infarct age undetermined. I had heaviness in the chest last night. What is inferior infarct and what is age undetermined. Please check and let me know. I am being treated for depression im on Melzap mirtaz and esclo forte. I'm getting extreme panic attacks severe tremors so I was advised lorazepam or diazepam inj. I had one injection yesterday.
