Changing of medicines
I have SEVERE DEEPRESSION with cognitive impairment and brain fog. I was on venelafixane and mirtaz 15. But no improvement seen. Now doctor change my medication with rexipra-5 and olimelt with mirtaz-10 . Is these medicines good for insomnia and cognitive dysfunction. Please advise
