Hi, Im Aarthi.. Im 36 yrs old... My Doctor prescribed me topiral 100 mg to prevent migraine but while going through side effects of the medicine in the internet i heard that medicine cause kidney, liver damage and hair loss... Is that true???... I have bipolar disorder too... Im on oxetol 300 mg and stalopam plus also... I just started topiral 100 mg... Im worried about side effects pls help me out... Pls advice...

Is olanzapine makes  very much sleepy and sedative? Because I am taking it with paroxetine... Dr prescribed it with paroxetine... I was not taking it since I know that i can't cope with antipsychotic... But one oday i took 1 tab and i am feeling extremely sleepy through out the day... What might be the cause

I had started pschychiatric medication on 2017 as my uncle's daughter put me on this misguidedly i continued it till 2020 abruptly as I didint like those for their sedativeness and drowsiness... The medications were nexito, brintllex, lurasidone, lurafic, pacitane etc... Again I started in on 2024 feb...as my father expired and continuous bully and mental torture from my brother and uncle I started those and again some depression medicine, antipsychotic and anxiety etc...i want to shift this to ayurvedic...as I don't like this medication...But i am in fear of withdrawal symptoms of these medications do i am in fear wheather it will cause serious side effects like panick attack, trembling etc...But as I know ayurveda has less side effects I want to start those...can I start with ayurvedic by consulting a ayurvedic doc with allopathy... Plz help...

Does pramixole has withdrawal symptoms like low mood , loss of interest, feeling depression but whenever my doctor discontinue amisulpride i got withdrawals like low mood , mood swings, fear, depressed what should i do now to manage my symptoms

Have been lately facing issues like depression and I cry thinking of many things which is painful and feel like life is tiring and want to get over with it soon. However I've been the strongest mentally and I remind myself this is not who I am. But I wan to consult doctor by sharing my issues over chat and not calls or direct visit. Doesn't feel comfortable.

My age is 24yrs and female last to last year I have diagnosed anxiety insomnia or difficulty in sleeping and I was also COVID positive ..My Dr told me I have post COVID palpitations and he refers me to pchychatrist after that he prescribed some medicine like SSRI and benzodiazepins and i start to taking them after a month I feel like my symptoms is stable and i thought i fully recovered and i asked my Dr to stop my medications and he gradually tappered benzodiazepins but he told to continue SSRI ..Now i have completely stop benzo but I need clonotril 0.5 mg on sos basis like once in a week. I don't take it on a regular basis but sometimes I need it.but I want to buy these medicines but it is not available anywhere.please sujjest me where can I get these medicines and is it ok to take it on a sos basis?

Hi sir /madam I underwent c section 11 months back .Iam healthy i dont have bp and sugar thyroid pcod. At the time of the delivery also am health and placenta also fine. Baby head is down and posterior. But at the time of labour pains. I got pains at 12 night wednesday. Untill next thursday 3 o clock. The pains got severe by time and baby heart beat raise to 180. Its unbearable they are always keepings hands on stomach and push. amm so confident untill 15 hrs. But after that i lost my energy not able to bear the pain. I told them to do c section. They told me 20 mins wait. But  its unbearable. They took me to c section. I gave birth to baby boy 2.9 kgs. But now am  feeling depressed about c section. Iam so confident and i faced so much pains and also faced c section pains too. And also after c section i am not good. Full body pains no energy and severe back ache. And also am using medicenes for depression too.Feeling low while listening other got normal delivery. how to get rid of this

My wife 63 old she has been taking oliment 2.5 one OD and pexipcr OD for last 8 years. Her weight is constantly increasing. Can it be gradually withdrawn? What is the correct procedure?
