Have been lately facing issues like depression and I cry thinking of many things which is painful and feel like life is tiring and want to get over with it soon. However I've been the strongest mentally and I remind myself this is not who I am. But I wan to consult doctor by sharing my issues over chat and not calls or direct visit. Doesn't feel comfortable.

Hi.. depression can be treated with medicines and behavioral therapy. Psychiatric problems need evaluation and need a lot of history taking.. so obviously chatting will be cumbersome. May i know the reason why you do not want to talk over a call?

Hello!
i can understand the level of distress you have been when you say that there are many painful things and also a feeling of tiredness. In case of chat you can try the online platforms which provide chat session, make your self comfortable with the therapist and later shift to audio sessions for better results.
