I am taking Fluvoxamine 100 mg for last 10 days. The chemist gave me a Fluvoxamine 100 mg CR. Are these both the same medicine?

My sister has some form of mental illness. She left her job 6 years back and tried in many govt exams but failed. Now she refuses to work. Sits idle, no routine, irregular eating habits. She doesn't want to talk about her future. She doesn't acknowledge that there is a problem, refuses to visit doctor. When taken on some other pretext, just ran away from there. I have doubt whether she has schizophrenia or some other psychotic disorder. Please suggest what should we do.

I use tablet lithosum sr and migrabeta tr20 in day after food and in night I use lithosum Sr and olimelt 2.5 for continuing 1year ...how long day I use this
