Having an headache sine last 4 days want to sleep but I cant crying continuously for no reason mind stucked

I am unable to focus on my work. It every happened  with me previously. I'm getting very scary . I want to survive in the job . Please help me in my situation

Unclear Depression and relationship issue mainly due to messy house, disturbed wardrob or mess all aroundbedroom, which result in fights and those fights include violence from female side

From 3 months I have been suffering from anxiety heart palpitations, chest pain, insomnia n restlessness. Unable to concentrate on anything. Ecg, 2D echo n thyroid test reports are normal. After consulting a doctor I am Taking met xl 25 tab in the morning and esclo plus @ night. But still all the symptoms exists. What's d best treatment for this.
