I do not know why i take pressure too much. I can't give myself 100% to a work. I can't concentrate on study. A negative thoughts always come. How can i recover from that.

Unable to urinate at public restroom or school ...Area at alone also I can't pee..At home this so easy it's happening since 6 month What can I do.. it's very hard At that time How can it problm solved tell plz With my frnds that also can't pee
