Ive been having a lot of self doubt and feeling worthless. i dont feel like i matter exsiting in this world

I am asking this question daily of what am i gng to do with my life which really a big question where i cannot give/find a satisfactiory answer i doesn't know what to do ? I never feel satisfactiory on any thing. I see other and feel why i am not looking good like them their talent and ..... Eventhough i do have it but still cant control to compare them. Can please any of u help me

Hi my girlfriend used to speak lot of lies even for small thing. If i ask she says it comes automatically . I tried to change her by many ways , but it didnt stop . so we got separated year ago, in this period she made of mess . She bcme emotional and looks stressed.Is it related to mental health or attitude.Am really confused & worried

I think m depressed ..dont wanna do nythng..Feel like sleeping forever.. Dont feel lyk eating..m jus addicted to smoking..i smoke all day n night dont get sleep at night. I m jus loosing my health n metal staye of mind..

I am having some personal issues which I am not able to solve. For everything I get Negative feelings. I feel like I am stuck somewhere and not able to move. Sometime I cant sleep whole night and sometime I am not able to wake up after 12 hours of sleep as well. Thought of consulting Psychologist but then I understood like I have to solve my own problems and then only I can move on. Not sure what I can do in such case.
