Strange feelings while sleeping
Hello, first of all I want to mention that I’ve abused Xanax with doses over 15 mg at once. I’m also taking 50 mg Zoloft daily for social anxiety. Sometimes I wake up from my sleep and feel really confused. I have trouble remembering how I got to my bed and feel like the dreams I’ve had are real. After this happens I always get a panic attack and get scared by minor things. It feels like I’m a paranoid schizophrenic? Please note that all of this happens during the night. 19 years male
