Ive been having headahe and chestpains i feel so down because of my problem

I have been emotionally confused lately, i feel sad, depressed, irritated and at times just happy and outgoing. Just yesterday i cried my eyes out with no reason at all. I feel like i am being misunderstood as people im close with are leaving me 1 by 1 because i just don't know how to express myself. I feel like i'm distancing myself from my family and prefer being alone.

My doctor recommended flutex but asked me to discontinue because it was affecting my manhood errection. The side effect manifested two weeks after I started tàking it. My doctor said the medication is the best for my condition . Do I meet with another specialist because my condition has not improved . And you adviced me that there is  something that can be about my social anxiety. Or is there any better medication?

My past was very tragic one.. now I m going good after my wedding.. but still my past disturbs me a lot in my thoughts.. I fear for everything n anything.. shivering fear.. I wanna come out of this.. kindly help me.. basically I m very bold person.. after one such incident I m very bad to face even a silly situation..

I feel like i am lifeless and couldnt find any motivation to do things .Added to this i am unemployed and my parents are forcing me to get married.I dont know what to do in a situation like this

I want to ask for your help for my grandmother she has recently accquired this habbit of removing lint from her clothes she keeps on doing this 24×7 even at night if she sees lint on any one's clothes she will start removing it she makes us change the her beddings as she thinks even they have lint.Please help me with her

I don't feel happy nothing makes me happy anymore i feel like i want nothng from life i dont want to even try something new i feel i have no energy i feel i want to end this cause there's nothing i want in ts life nothing will make me happy . my family each person cares abut his own life i live away from them and when i go back i dnt feel home or happy i used to have a cat who died tragically infront of eyes cause my father wont pay for her meds i hate him so much

We have a 20 year old son who is struggling. He doesn’t leave his room. Most of the day he sleeps. When he is not sleeping he plays video games or watches a little tv. He has no friends.
