I have had a history of panic attacks (4 years ago was the last episode). Post that, I haven't faced any associated symptoms such as mood swings, hyperventilation, twitching, shaking of body until recently (last one week). Doctors haven't been able to figure out the exact reason but I think it might have been caused by anti allergic medicines and cough syrup I was frequently taking because of recurring cough. I now frequently experience jaw tremors (2-3 times a day). Can that correlation be true in anyway? Cough syrup I had was Rexcon DX, medicine was Allegra.

I am feeling heavy head throughout the day specially after waking up. I had depression in past approx 5 years ago & I am facing this problem since long. Please guide if this problem is due to some mental illness or migraine or some thing else and how the exact problem can be diagnosed.

I’ve been suicidal about a year from now. Last October 2017 was one of my extreme stages to the point of hurting myself nearly everyday and being unable to control my feelings. Now, I think I somehow healed myself and improved, but there are still circumstances I have triggers and I feel like I’m going to explode. I am really scared to go back to one of my worst downfall and I don’t know what to do. I feel like hurting myself again. I haven’t consulted any doctor yet.

Idk i feel so disturbed i feel like im depressed and i feel like i m in an imaginary world..i dont wanna give up on anything....idk i sometimes seek for attention and crave for love .....

I am in sense of depression from last two months being emotional on every matter and very concerned that my friends are not talking with me properly.i feel like i am desserted by everyone,even my boy friend who is to be good with me is not speaking with me nicely,he is being rude to me everytime.i have no idea what is happening to me like this.

Taking various online tests I've found that i am suffering from moderate depression and high anxiety disorder. Is it true? I sometimes feel all good but at night ( or when I'm alone) I feel nothingness. What should I do?

I smoked weed about a week ago and I had a really bad panic attack while on it. I still feel a weird, foggy sensation in my head and I feel a little out of it and very anxious. I also feel that my emotions are a bit numb. I do feel that it is somewhat getting better but it is always on my mind. What do I do to fix this problem?

Hello, I stopped mirtee few days ago and continued escitalent for my sleep and depressive disorder.But now I'm feeling quite dizzy, nauseas, tasteless,vertigos when it will stop.

My mother, age is 56,has lost interest in life. She hates everything and everyone even herself. She says bad things to everyone and doesn't listen if anyone counsels her. Also, she not taking care of herself. She has got overweight and an injury which is not letting it healed. Please suggest how to make her normal.

I have a history of depression, OCD, self harm, many phsychiatric disords, stopped medicines 4 months ago, past 1 month I having sadness, depression,suicide thoughts, irritations, escessive crying, past 9 hours it has increased a alot, what should I do now, I have no one of my family, I am an orphan I fear if I go to doctor, theyll again give me electric shocks, I already banged my head to wall, now it's swollen too, What should I do
