I can't get sleep at night when I start to sleep headache starts an i start to see uneasy visions hallucinogens

I feel like I'm not being myself. I feel like I'm losing something in my life, due to which I can't able to proceed forward. Can you please help me understand the reason. ?

Hi i have been on nexito 10mg and mentat also.i had the nexito for 3 months as i was diagnosed with reactive depression.is it adviceable to eat both nexito and mentat?my doctor here says i should eat both for a year or 2 but i dont find nexito helping me,is it okay to wean off nexito and continue with mentat only?whats the course for mentat?

Im a 42 yrs male. Im facing depression problem from last 8 months and its increasing from last 3 months. Every time I live in a anger mood. I dont want to meet or talk to anyone.

I am 32 year old married with a 1 yr old kid. I am working in the industry since 11 years. I have been feeling anxious and low on confidence over few months/years. Also sometimes I get depressed over the life I am leading. What is best way to get over this? Does counseling help?

Anxiety. I have had normal anxiety like anyone else my whOle life but recently with all the stresses of work and school it has seemed to have gotten out of control.

I have had a history of panic attacks (4 years ago was the last episode). Post that, I haven't faced any associated symptoms such as mood swings, hyperventilation, twitching, shaking of body until recently (last one week). Doctors haven't been able to figure out the exact reason but I think it might have been caused by anti allergic medicines and cough syrup I was frequently taking because of recurring cough. I now frequently experience jaw tremors (2-3 times a day). Can that correlation be true in anyway? Cough syrup I had was Rexcon DX, medicine was Allegra.
