Constant mood swings
My mood changes constantly. I constantly feel tired and oversleep. When I do have to stay up late, and end up sleeping very little, I feel energized and ready to do anything. A lot of the time I feel low, hopeless, and completely demotivated to do anything. A few months ago I experienced my pulse racing so much to the point where I couldn't sleep and slept very little, but I was also super productive and wanted to finish all my work at once. I'm either too tired or can't even sit in my chair.
