I am taking tryptomer 1o mg for my mild depression is want to stop it suddenly stop will lead to withdrawal symptoms Plz advice

Got to know from personal analysis that i have type D personality, not at all happy now a days, waiting desporately for results and not involved in process, always in rush, started some basic yoga also in morning, can i get some help

Adding to my earlier description i would like to add some more details like from past 1 year taking english medicine for anxiety in between 6 month i was feeling gud n relaxed n after few month again i am feeling some kind of anxiousness n when i take that tablet i feel calm so please advise
