I misplaced my medication (Sertraline 75mg) for a week. I managed to get an emergency prescription, but that meant I did not the take the medication for an entire week. I have restarted the medication at the same dose now, and it's been over a week and a half. I've been very very very tired, sleeping at random hours and just drowsy for over a few days now. Not sure how to solve this as I do not have another appointment for another 2 weeks with my doctor. Thanks.

U can reduce the dose to 50 mg for a week and then increase the dose . Is it the same brand u have got or a different brand , sometimes brand to brand equivalence of the drug ll be different .
