I'm a MBBS graduate I just wrote neet pg exam and I didn't make it . And now I'm trying to prepare again but my mind goes blank as soon as I try to read . I can't focus and I get panic attacks . I feel like all this emotions that I'm going through are waste and I just want to be able to focus on studies and move on. Should I self medicate ? Because I don't want to visit a psychiatrist , I feel like they will judge me.

Non civilize people are reading my mind and commenting on every thing that I think last 9 years 24/7 .I can't focus on anything not even 5 seconds a day. This is real. Is there medication for this and how do I explain this to the mental doctor without being diagnosed with any mental illness please. Can you help me please or point me in right direction please. Thank you please

I am unable to sleep for a continuous period of time (not more than 30 mins) I often wake up after I sleep with dry lips and mouth nd feel the sense of urination often

Hello I’m currently having a difficulty understanding what I’m going through I’m 13 approaching 14 and I have had an extremely difficult childhood because of my parents substance addiction Recently I have been having frequent bursts of a feeling I cannot describe. It feels like I’m out of my body and I get extremely mild amnesia in this state like forgetting why I’m doing something. I am also extremely nervous and and have stage fright. When speaking to others I often twitch my fingers.

Hi doctor I have been prescribed petrol md 0.25 and daxid 25 . Off late I don't feel confident. Im more nervous. I'm not interested in anything as I feel that I'm unable to learn anything. Watever I read I can't remember that well Moreover I can't concentrate or Im not good at decisions. Kindly suggest.
