Hello sir from last last two week i was using bromazepam 3mg after using 10 days than i yse mirtazapine half dose of 15mg but now when i wake up my head was heavy and wgen i was walking i notice that i was in sleep when i am looking things the things looke like different tell me i take which dose now plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I'm karan and my mother, she's having some mental problem. From last 2-3 years she is very violent and immediately after 1-2 hrs later she behaves normal. She was caught manier times doing unusual activities like mixing medicines in grandparents food, mixing water in there milk etc. But she never did this with me and my father. From last 2-3 years she's been changing her decisions like anything. Lots of Mood swings.She apologizes and then after refuses.we are really really confused.

I lost my baby a few weeks ago. Hanggang ngayon, Mahina parin po ako kumaen, mabigat ang aking pakiramdam at halos hindi na ako makatulog, I keep on thinking about anything, gets emotional, Also killing myself . Nagsimula na ito bago palang ako mabuntis. Mainitin ang akong ulo at mabilis akong mabadtrip.

Extra negative thoughts comes in mind and i csnt ablr to stop it how can i stop it

I've been experiencing high levels of strees and mood swings. i get angry very easily than usual. i dont feel good abput myself

I almost force someone to do something that was not right. Last night my gf came over an i was way to aggressive with her and i felt like i could have hurt her

I am suffering from severe anxiety and panic attack’s. Every day I am so anxious that I can not do simple tasks. Sometimes I have major panic attacks because I believe I am experiencing reality as a delusion. I feel as if I am in a delirious state in an institution and people in my life are doctors and nurses. The panic attack’s also bring with them extreme chest and arm pain.

I am scared of my own family. I am 23 year old and working. I was in relationship with someone who is from different religion and they came to know about it last year. After that they threatened to kill him. So I broke up with him. From that day till now, they won't let me go anywhere except office. And when I resist, they keep threatening that they won't let me do job and sometimes also threaten to kill me. Because of all this, my performance at office is getting worse. What should I do now

I don't know what my problem is but something is keep on hurting me and I don't know what I need in my life I don't know what I really want. I don't know how to express or say what my actual problem is to my psychiatrist

I cant control my anger. Iam showing my anger to my one year old baby. How to console ?
