From someday frequently I feel pain in my right side of my head near my ear .when I put down my head it is paining near my right ear side.i have to work through  computer 9 hours per day..so I feel pain in head after work but after sleep it will go automatically...so is it any deasese or stress related

Phobia of a weird object

I have a phobia of a weird object. I have phobia of toilet brush. I cannot go and tell anyone because nobody understands me. Only my sister understands but sometimes it is even out of her reach to understand me. My parents think I have grown out of it since childhood and so they don't acknowledge it. I have avoided such situations since childhood where I had to go to washrooms where there is a toilet brush it had it removed by my sister or somebody. But now I think it is becoming too much for me to handle. I really felt need somebody to understand and help me.

Is daydreaming / fantasizing harmful?

I'm terrible with overthinking and insecurity, especially when it's regarding a significant other. I've been trying to get to the root of the problem so I can stop this from happening. Here's what I came up with so far: I often find myself daydreaming / fantasizing about the future or even creating my own fantasy story with a better version of myself as the main character, and I started to wonder if this might be contributing to my insecurity and overthinking. I'd love to hear what you think.
