I take Nexito20 for OCD since 2 years. 2 months ago due to increase my symptoms as Dr.'s suggestion I had start Ristab 1mg along with Nexito20. But after taking Ristab 1mg I have feel many problems. I feel tireness all the time . After wake up at morning I feel excessive body pain and lazyness. Though my OCD symptoms have been fully under controoled but this problems have affect me badly. What is the reason for my tireness feeling ? What is it's treatment ?

I desperately want to quit smoking. I have tried nicotine substitutes, nicotine patches, gums and E cigarettes. I just can't quit. Is there a medicine that can shut off the craving and let me quit completely.

I've been felt irritated sometimes and doing all the nonsense things like crying, scolds anyone, throwimg things...i m fully frustrated

I have been living a lonely and depressed life for the past 3 years, everyday I wake up with no hope and no motivation to do anything at all, I am supposed to be preparing for my exams but the only thing I do all day is lay in bed and think about how horrible and lonely my life is. I have been in a lot of relationships only to fill the void within me but none of them worked and each time I felt even more lonelier than before. I hate my life and want to live a happy life.

It's exhausting to think all the time. think of everything that makes me sad. I experience huge mood swings. I don't enjoy in between of people. I feel like a loner. I fear being left alone. I'm always thinking something. I'm not able to stay happy or light. it feels heavy all the time.

I'm not sure what the problem might be, but a friend of mine recently got diagnosed with ADD, which had similar symptoms. just need to talk and figure out if that, or something else, is the matter with me.
