ATTENTION DEFICIT DISORDER
For the last 3 months, I have been feeling very unenergized, unmotivated, losing focus steadily with a very short or nonexistent attention span. What could be wrong and what's a probable solution?

Hi There are two things that could be wrong. 1. Your body has low energy - the cause for this can be high cholesterol/sugar , low iron vitamins, hormonal imbalance like thyroid etc. Low levels of body energy will first reflect on your mind - presenting with all the symptoms that you have mentioned above 2. Stress - takes a toll on both body and mind. Lack of sleep, disturbed sleep , uncontrollable anger can also be the other factors.
Next Steps
Consult a qualified Doctor of any stream - allopathy , Ayurveda or homeopath. Rule out the bodily causes first, by undergoing a few basic tests. If there is no problem physically then we can work on the Mind , stress or sleep angle
Health Tips
Don't ignore. it's always easy to nip it in the bud, if you ignore it now it will lead to a full blown disorder which takes time to heal
