Both my father and I have similar issues, where I feel that we do not act like other people do in similar situations. We both have impulsive reactions to various situations. We have severe time management problems. I have trouble in keepings things organized all the time, trouble in keeping focus, forgetfulness, irritability around certain types of people. I recently came across a term called ADHD, and read various articles about the same. I happen to have the sympotms. Is it very common amongst people or do I have that disorder, may be common in my family.
How should I proceed further in this regard. Please suggest.
Thanks for your time.
