Anger Management and Handling Pressure
Hi, need guidance on anger management and handling pressure situations like Interviews. Also, facing overthinking and ego issues which is causing problems at my work place and in personal level as well. It happens mostly due to overthinking a situation e.g going to an interview , discussions regarding marriage etc. Please guide. Regards Vipul.
