I am fear about what i have done in past ,can't make any decision i am not true to any body

Hi can u tell me what is the main side effects of ECT therapy? because I have mental illness from last few years

My friend has been a bright person but for sometime I've seen him getting dull, he usually says that he is gonna die, he smokes a lot, he is almost always high. He just broke up from his girlfriend, he always seeks to talk to other girls. He doesn't sleep properly How am I supposed to help him?

I recently broke with my boyfriend. I loved him alot and want him back in my life but in the breakup process i seem to have lost the positive attitude i had in myself. I don't laugh or enjoy my life anymore i just cry all the time desperately for my boyfriend to come back in my life.

I m having lot of stress because of my work. I put in extra hrs at work. I work like average 10-11 hrs a day and on weekends I have full day certification courses to attend. So I hardly get any rest. My responsibilities at work are high so although my superiors suggest Me to take off, I don't take coz I feel work ll pile up on my manager and I don't want my manager to do my share of work. I am 27 yrs old unmarried and I work as a finance manager in a foods company.

Have recently broken up with my girlfriend. .she all of a sudden stopped talking to me and has blocked me everywhere.she now doesn't even wants to speak to me once.she tells my friend that inwas bot able to give her time.now I am under a lot ofbguilt that she left me because i was not able to give her time. On other hand its feels like she never loved me as she says she has moved on with someone else.However its been onlyba week barely since we broke up.i am just not able to move on...i just break down every now and then. ...start crying...and its becoming too tough to accept the reality.
