Hello doctor. I am a 14 year old girl. I have noticed that in those couple of last years my condition has changed. I feel most of the time very tired, lazy and dizzy. I want more sleep and refuse to do any physical activity. I used to be very energetic before I was 13. I also don't suffer from any disease such as anemia, so I am quite healthy. I want to know what causes that feeling of tiredness and how can I overcome it. Your answer would help me so much!

Its a dilema state. i am unsure about every thing. this was never before. i have changed. i am not the same me. i dont kow about these thoughts.

I am a male ,21. I have had severe OCD magical thinking ever since I was 8 years old. I did complex rituals mentally to prevent bad things from happening. I did rituals for hours continously standing fixed at places. Now I know that I am suffering from OCD and there is really no magic involved. But Quite recently I think that the devil is trying to harm my parents soul .when they get sick or something I believe its because I havnt done rituals. I cant get proof against this. I am depressed.
