Anxiety and self harm
Im sure ive had anxiety all my life but the past 2 years it has been so bad and for a few months now i have been self harming. it is also like there is a voice in my head telling me to fix things and i have been really irritable lately. my problem is i dont know actully how bad it is or what my condition is at all
