I was suffering from anxiety disorder..I am on medications 1.Dvenlor 25 2.Clonazapem 0.25mg I am doing ok..But when I try to taper down medications I am failing.. Give me some advice

So, I have been experiencing anxiety issues and overthinking for over 1 month I got bitten by a dog and got vaccinated fully But I saw on social media that arv vaccines efficacy is very low and people are dying even after getting vaccinated fully Now everyday I'm scared I got headaches,muscle twitching, overthinking, dry mouth,trouble sleeping with hot flashes can't sleep And also I have a fear of brain tumor and aneurysm I have been feeling like this for a month now Im so scared I can't concentrate on my studies because of it.

Is escitalopram liquid form available in India? I want to tapper down my dosage,by the help of liquid I can make small changes in dose.

My friend is diagnosed with Schizophrenia but I can't believe it. Is this serious illness I saw in internet she told she is having hallucination depression as a result her husband applied for divorce she wants to live with him but he is not accepting what am I to do can anyone recommend some medicines for her how to overcome it

My age is 19 and I'm female,Yes yesterday at around 2am something happened to me that never ever ihad experience in my whole life. Heart beat bohut fast thi,And I feel some emptiness imean inside and out everyday Like main kuch bhi karu mujhe khushi nhi milti hain...idk I'm just living for the sake of living,I'm preparing for some entrance since 3yr...And there isn't a single day jab main sad nhi thi literally everyday it's like sad and sorrowful life Suicidal thoughts bhi ate hain try bhi Kiya hain,but at the end kar nhi pati hu,Lagta hain kahi dur chale jau...imean main gayab ho jau,idont feel like living anymore& ifeel my life is messed imean everything

I am suffering from insomnia after 2 or 3 days and waking up late because of insomnia.I have to attend college at 10 am.So it's very difficult for me to wake up.So please give remedy.
