Depression, Isolations, Work pressure, mood swings, personality issues, family issues. Every day mood changes and reacts differently.

I have been to 3 psychiatrists till now. I have taken ssri, snri, benzo, atypical antipsychotic but nothing helped me much. The protocol mostly followed in India for depression is: 1.Escitalopram 2.Escitalopram+atypical antipsychotic 3.fluoxetine+atypical antipsychotic 4.SSRI+SNRI+Atypical antipsychotic *Benzo-when needed for a month After this therapy is given more significance as they know tricyclic and MAOIs doesn't help much. Everything fails and it is said that u need to maintain your depression for ur whole life. Why u people make us suffer so much if u don't have good treatment. Some say that it is completely treatable and some say that it needs to be managed but no one knows what is going to happen. This leads to seeing new doctor and more and more frustration. Please give me a detail answer about this.

My wife treats all my family members as enemies including me and sometimes it ends up at police stations but all this happen for a while and thereafter every thing is normal as if she doesn't knew anything

It has been more than a year since i don't have a job, I tried but i never got hired, now i am scared to apply again and search for a job. It felt like i don't even know now what job fits me or even my capacities. I have been drinking every single day. I don't have the capacity to seek help due to financial problem. I want to get better but these emotion and thinkinf hinders me a lot. What can i do to recover?

I feel discomfort speaking to everyone most of time (afraid), I keep on over thinking , and have fear of deaths , feel anxious , tired , Worry a lot .And keep on surfing on Internet to look on exactly what happened To me.Sensation of fainting , lightheadness

I am having problem while sleeping. Hevyness in chest while sleeping causing disturb in sleep. Please help.

I m having thyroid and take thyroxin medicine for diagnosis my thyroid since 2 month.but from last 6 month I m feeling heavy in middle and right side of my head.sometimes feel vomit,feeling some stretch in my head and leg. and not able to concentrate and forgetfulness sometime. i m working in IT sector from last 3 years. But now from 6 month I m having these problem.what I have to do..do I have migraine?
