Hello dear docs This is Rocky a Young graduated student I'm facing a problem of bad mood, Sadness N lack of interest I feel Sadness 8days out of 10 and it is repeating from 2 years back What type of illness it can be.... If it is dyshtymia or bipolar disorder So It may be fully cured or not If it is how much it takes type Please give some views and way to out of this... Can I talk any professional doctor through practo pls Reply....

I m alright before December...but due to palpitation i thought heart attack and feel fear of death...after dat I always feel nervousness and unwanted fear...ma bp tend to be on higher side and digestion problem...and appetite reduced...I consulted physian he told it's anxiety... give me etizolam 0.25mg SOS and bp medication...after dat I started homeopathic medication in February...I stopped all medication.. only homeopathic continued till now..all report Normal including MRI brain renal Doppler and 2d echo...now I feel little better..the only problem is half left side headache(mild tight band around left temporal lobe)from four month with same side weakness or heaviness in body.. when I think anything about future..feel stressed...and weakness and headache enhance..is it anxiety or migraine or cluster headache??. I can do ma daily activities but not optimum level...becz ma face looking stressed...what should I do now... pls suggest ...take help or it will automatically disappear..

I'm having a series of palpitations and headache since March this year. Since then I always feeling fatigue and extremely exhausted. My eyes also sometimes get blurry. After that I went to Klinik Kesihatan and run for DASS test and my result test is as follows :Anxiety =Teruk Stress =Sederhana Depression =Normal. Since then I always facing the sudden problem of hard to breath, sudden palpitations, blurry vision and nearly faint. My question is, is that a normal physical condition for an Anxiety Disorder patient?

Insomnia for last 15 days. Day sleep is present. The problem is gradually increasing. Earlier I used to sleep around 1-2 am after studying n wakeup around 9am. But now I'm sleeping around 7-8 am in morning n waking up at 1 pm

My thoughts are not letting me sleep. Keep on banging on my past mistakes n future plans. I'm tired of listening those voices

I've never been diagnosed with ADHD, but it's come to my attention as of late that the entirety of its symptoms correlate with me. I bought some Phenylpiracetam as I don't wish to buy drugs off the streets, and the only real effect is that it makes me feel calmer and more composed. Could that mean I have ADHD?
