Negative thaughts..
Now a days m feeling dat I hv been getting too negative..I think it started 7 years back bcoz of unsuccess in some kind of competitive exams.. getting anger, frustrated, stressed nd uncontrolled  while m angry.. always negative thoughts..non stop.. smtms violent.. now m fed up of my own nature and behaviour.. hundred of thoughts dominate me at the same time.. don't know how to tackle with me.. suggest me nd help me..

Hi, this negativity is all because of negative self image and because of non acceptance of the fact that failure in something doesnt reflect a total failure as a person.
Next Steps
Try to focus more on your positives n your strengths. Practice meditation or relaxation. Engage in some kind of recreation like swimming, dancing or some outdoor sports. These help in channelising your negative energy(anger,frustration etc) in a more productive way.
