Mind when under pressure does not work properly due to excessive load on mind and low tolerance of mind. Try to balance your work by dividing the task into smaller tasks and decide specific tasks for that day. Try to work day wise and not indulge in thinking too much about it. Also try deep breathing exercises to relax your mind. If required professional help kindly consult a clinical psychologist either online or meet in person for better management of your symptoms.
