By my condition I m not doing things which I should do...mind is under pressure...how to get out of this problem

In depressed condition...I m not aware which work is important to me...very difficult situation. I m facing .one think I find in myself as I m lacking in world.,...I don't know what happened to me...is it a right place to discuss my problem?.

I m not confident about my mental health...heavy pressure over head...I feel like I m in other world...what to do...

My mind is under pressure...due to which I m.unable to observe changes nearby me or outside world...focus has disturbed...mind has no power or energy...sometimes previous thoughts come across my mind which make me more depressive

I cant speak with people making eye contact for more than 2minutes.Have no friends.I distance myself from people who get personally involved in my life.I dont like sharing my personal life because its a blunder.My alcoholic father who used to beat my mother died when I was a 2yr old which was followed by issues like people looking down on me including my relatives.People being sympathatic yet being cunning with a small kid.So these feeling of betryal,jealousy,anger,fear,lonliness came very early to me which exagerated when had a cunning step father who on the outside was a very helpful person and on the inside a complete self centered person and mean step brothers who were always competetive of me.My only trustworthy person my mom's attention was divided and saw her being physically involved with the step father leaving me at side.I felt comfortable being lonely.Started developing anger and used to burst out.got no understanding.Married now for more than 1yr and not consumated.

My mind is under pressure...and it is stuck to previous thoughts ...no new thoughts...no clarity in mind...

Hello mam /sir i am on venlafaxine xr.my query is, is it possible to not to have any withdrawal symptoms of it even while stoping it completely.

I cannot articulate past memories.. I cannot think anything properly.. I remember things only in short passages..I have speech disorder so I can't speak fluently..but what may be the reason I can't even think properly.. lm am so ashamed when I have to interact with somebody because I don't know what to them even with my family member.. Please help me

Mind under pressure...sometimes I feel I m lacking in my profession...and worried about how to come out of this problem depression...not able to talk to any person...please help..

My Lower right Backside of head/brain pains sometimes mildly , not very intense pain and this pain was first felt by me in February this year as this pain is not very often so i ignore it few months now this become very often like in every 2/3 days i feel it during most of a day. In February i was doing little intense exercise like pull-ups so i thought it was because of that so i quited exercise now from last few months I'm in little stresses of studies of entrance exams and few family issues as well. Also i do started little bit of sneezing as well form last few days. Please do advice me about my health.
