Sir I have lost my in interest in everything,I feel confounded and perplexed,I have a unknown fear,I have suicidal tendencies and unable to figure out what to do with my life Plz help me,save me...

My mind is under pressure...it won't think new things...it is stuck to one place...my eyes are also feeling heavy bcz of pressure...my mind feels no energy...like it is weak and tired...due to which I m unable to do any work...

I do  core night shift and have been doing from past 3 years..from the past 3 to 4 days I feel a slight inner pain on the right side of my head. This I have been experiencing at irregular times...but at same place.when I touch the area I feel it to be slightly less firm than other side of the head. Is there any issue with my health..  thank u for u r time. Family history..my father is diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.last year..is it heridatory?

I have anxaity and bp problem from last 4 months pl tell who treat me best general physician or psychiatrist

Hello doctor I lost my sister 1 year ago. After that my mother seems so depressed. She does not eat properly, can not sleep and she lost more than 20 kg weight. We tried a lot to take to to some doctor but she always denied. She refuses to take any kind of medicine or sleeping pills too. She always talks like she is responsible for my sister's death, because she is not a good mother. She cries whole day. Please tell me if I can help her without medicine .

My mom has been behaving abnormally since sometime. She imagines and makes up stories that isnt true. She has some fears that keeps her disturbed. I want to take her to the doctor but she is not willing for the same as she says that she is perfectly fine. She pleads to not take her to the doctor. I need advice on how to handle this situation.
