Five months back I saw a movie and I started worrying about that similar thing will happen to me also and that irrational believe is not going and I fear full day and have very bad morning anxiety. It’s a basically an irrational thinking which I know is false but the belief stays and troubles me. I always feel depressed and also I failed an exam last week which is adding to my depression.
