Hello Anxiety disorder for eg OCD requires combination therapy i.e. medicine along with psychotherapy. Try consulting a clinical psychologist for regular counselling sessions to help you better deal with the symptoms. With the combination therapy you might be able to recover better and it may also fasten the process. You can either connect online or meet in person.
Next Steps
Consult a clinical psychologist
