I got sudden anger for any reason anxiety and cant concentrate on anything my mind is so disturbed so much thoughts running dont want to talk any one always get so much anger

It's my 5th year for migraine now. Was under medication for last 3n half years but then have stopped suddenly since I was feeling little better. However, since last 2 months it has started again and on a regular basis now. I don't remember the medicines that I was taking. Need help!

Hi there I am Rivu discussing about my mom's problem. I have mentioned her details, she is a home maker and 44yrs old. She is always anxious. She is taking sleeping pills since 1998. Always taking unnecessary tensions, not related to anything. Always facing fear. She is facing depression I think. And always having identity crisis, like she couldn't achieve anything and can't do anything. Though she is very active. Always forgets important things. Feeling weak all the time. So what to do now?

Every night before I go to sleep I have a routine in which I will check the doors are locked multiple times and press the handle multiple times then check the fridge, oven, lights etc. I will do this routine at least twice and sometimes still go to bed with worries of being burgled/burning the house down. The same goes for when I leave my house during the day and no one else will be in, I will have major feelings of anxiety about being robbed or burning the house down. Thank you

I have been diagnosed with Anxiety. I get scared of any body sensations in my chest and stomach area. I get scared thinking that something may happen to me. What is the treatment for this!

I'm consistently depressed. Every time I'm thinking about why I'm doing this, why I'm here, its all just useless. I wish I could go back. Or just sleep all the time and just wake up to being carefree, no stress, happy. I want to alone, but I never wished that to be. I'm confused what I really want. I feel like banging my head into the wall or screaming out loud such that everything turns out to be perfect. But I don't know whats exactly perfection. I want my life to end but I feel I should simply run away instead. I’m not able to kill my self cause of few reasons but then I’m not able to find a reason for myself to live. Hi, I have problem getting sound sleep, due to which my concentration and memory has taken a hit. This is affecting my personal and professional life. Couple of month ago I visited a doctor and he gave me medicine for minor depression. I need to get my self cured fully so please advise me a good doctor.
